Our Tiny Yogi!
Isla and I have been taking Baby & Mommy Yoga at a local hospital for the past two weeks. It is a great class. Just us and 6 other mommies and babies. The teacher is outstanding and focuses on postpartum body issues, while also incorporating and occasionally entertaining our little ones.
