"Hhssssshhhherubaaa...Ieyeeeee" For the past month or so, Isla has been speaking in Parseltongue. Not being Parselmouths ourselves, Andrew and I have a hard time keeping up, but it is interesting to listen and try to talk back. She does it the most when we play music or listen to NPR - I think it might be singing!
Isla seems to be working her way through Harry Potter characters - I've been calling her my "Baby Dementor" for the past 3 months after she started trying to suck on my mouth whenever she got upset.Hopefully we'll be moving on to less sinister characters soon!
On second thought, I think she might be a Cullen - lethally cute!
