Isla and I went swimming with Gretchen and Barbara (both 39 weeks pregnant and looking gorgeous!).It was her first time in a pool and she was great...very mellow, observant and content.
She spent about 40 minutes total in the water (with a few breaks).
She liked looking at the light in the water and kicking her feet.
On a gross note, I no longer am worried that her diaper will leak during the night. They don't make swimmers in Isla's size, and the pool was probably an inch lower after we got out. Her pampers swaddlers quadrupled in size!

OMG she is the most adorable baby swimmer :-) Sounds like a wonderful pool day... So glad we didn't miss the christening after all! Hee hee! Better one week too early than one week too late ;)
