I'm in a total 3rd trimester slump - not wanting to do much other than eat ice cream & sit in the air-conditioned house. Even my baking is in a slump - check out this "Boston Cream Pie" (in quotes b/c hardly qualifies). While it may look bad, it was a huge hit and completely disappeared at the party I took it to (Yep - I presented this awesome wonder to the public!).
Luckily I'm fighting the slump as much as I can & we've gotten out of the house a few times this week & we've had a lot of fun!

I see nothing wrong with eating ice cream and sitting in an air-conditioned room. :) Plus...that Boston Creme pie looks delish! I'm sure it was tasty because you're a baking pro!
I'm with Emelia, I think your pie looks delicious and your sitting around like a perfect plan ;) Just let me know if you'd like some visitors in your air conditioning!
